Arlington Affordable Housing: Ownership Opportunity Available

ARLINGTON, MA — An affordable homeownership opportunity is available at 264 Massachusetts Ave., the Arlington Department of Planning and Community Development announced Monday. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is available to first-time homebuyers who are income-eligible.

Eligible households are those households earning at or below 80 percent of the area median income by household size as determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development:
