Arlington High School Needs Host Families For International Students

Students attending this school year are from countries including Italy, France, Brazil, Spain, Sweden, Norway, and Germany.

ARLINGTON, MA — Arlington Public Schools is seeking local families to host international students this year, Superintendent Elizabeth Homan said.

As part of the district's efforts to encourage intercultural learning, international students are invited to join Arlington High School on an annual basis. This is Arlington’s fourth year running the program.

Students attending this school year are from countries including Italy, France, Brazil, Spain, Sweden, Norway, and Germany.

"Families who open their homes to students make this intercultural learning experience possible,” Homan said in an announcement. "We have families who have hosted in the past returning and we are looking for new families as well.”
