Arlington’s Annual ‘SpookyWalk’ To Return For First Time In 3 Years

As of Thursday, $540 has been raised via GoFundMe​, surpassing this year's fundraising goal of $500.

ARLINGTON, MA — Arlington’s annual “SpookyWalk” has reached its fundraising goal and will return this weekend for the first time in three years.

SpookyWalk is a community event celebrating Halloween at Menotomy Rocks Park in Arlington. Participants are invited to take a stroll at dark on Saturday, Oct. 29 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. to see Halloween-themed decorations and displays from neighborhood volunteers.

The event costs about $1000 to organize and is only made possible through donations from the community. As of Thursday, $540 has been raised via GoFundMe, surpassing this year’s fundraising goal of $500.
