Arlington Stop & Shop Celebrates Grand Opening Of Remodeled Store

ARLINGTON, MA — On Friday, Stop & Shop unveiled its newly remodeled store at 905 Mass Ave in Arlington.

The changes made to the store are centered around delivering fresh, healthy, and convenient options that make grocery shopping easier for local customers, the company said.

New features at the Arlington store include an updated produce department, fresh sushi made in-store daily, a grab & go deli section, and a remodeled bakery featuring a wide variety of breads, sweets, and cakes.

Customers who visit the store during the grand reopening weekend beginning Sept. 16 can enjoy a special celebration, including a variety of giveaways and product sampling between 11:00 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

“We’re excited to offer an even bigger selection of fresh produce, bakery items and ready to eat, fresh sushi options, all with great values for our customers,” John Langdon, Store Manager of the Arlington Stop & Shop, said in a statement. “In honor of our grand reopening, we’re also excited to treat our customers to fun giveaways and food samplings over the weekend.”

The remodeled Arlington store continues to offer Same Day Pickup. Customers new to Pickup can receive the service free for 90 days by entering SSFREEPICKUP at checkout.
