Blue Ribbon BBQ Considering Third Location: Report

ARLINGTON, MA—The owner of Blue Ribbon BBQ is thinking about opening up a new store. 

In an interview with Eater Boston, Blue Ribbon owner Ron Stoloff indicated that he is eying potential sites for a new barbecue shop. Stoloff indicated that Blue Ribbon is actively eyeing a third location. 

"Our catering is so busy that we had to open a commissary to handle it. Now, we think we’re ready for a third store, and we’re actively looking for a location," Stoloff told Eater Boston. 

Aside from its Arlington location, Blue Ribbon has a location in West Newton. Stoloff added that Blue Ribbon isn't rushing to any decisions. 

"You know, I don’t see any reason why we can’t continue doing what we’re doing now. We’ve really been about slow growth. We're taking it "low and slow," which is the barbecue motto," Stoloff added to Eater Boston.
