Del's Lemonade Expanding To Arlington

ARLINGTON, MA — A popular frozen lemonade company plans to open its second greater Boston location in Arlington this spring.

Del's Lemonade has submitted an application for the space at 1050 Massachusetts Ave. in Arlington Heights, Wicked Local reported. The shop will operate through a walk-up window and feature Del's famous frozen lemonade, as well as ice cream, hot dogs, pretzels, popcorn and "fair-style" food and sweets, according to the article.

Del's was founded in Cranston, RI in 1948 and mainly has locations in Rhode Island and southeast Massachusetts. Its only other greater Boston shop is in Cohasset.

The Arlington location was originally expected to open in April, but the grand opening has likely been moved to May, Wicked Local reported.
