See The Arlington Minuteman District School Committee Applicants

ARLINGTON, MA – The Select Board received five applications for appointment as the Arlington representative to the Minuteman District School Committee prior to the June 12 submission deadline.

The School Committee represents the nine towns that make up the Minuteman district. It is responsible for appointing and evaluating the superintendent, approving the budget, and adopting goals and policies to support the regional district and educational achievement of students enrolled in the Minuteman Regional Vocational Technical High School.

The Select Board will interview candidates and select a Minuteman District School Committee Representative at its June 26, 2023 meeting.

The meeting will take place in the Select Board Chambers. The link to the meeting and other information will be available at the bottom of the Select Board Agenda as well as on the Town Calendar when the meeting is posted on Thursday, June 22nd at 7:00 p.m.
