Sales Associates for Valentine's Day

Busy flower shop is seeking friendly customer service oriented individuals for shop sales associates.

Flowers By The Station is currently seeking seasonal/temp help for the upcoming Valentine’s Day holiday season (Monday, February 10th thru Sunday, February 14th).

These are front line positions shaping customer experiences. We need polite, resourceful problem solvers that can represent Flowers By The Station in a professional manner.

Job responsibilities include:

Sales Associates

• Must be able to handle a high volume of calls and be an excellent communicator
• Take pride in assisting customers, troubleshooting customer requests, resolving concerns and expediting solutions
• Be a fast learner and able to pick up computer software quickly
• Assist in the upkeep of the shop - sweeping, washing buckets, restocking inventory and shelves, helping process flowers, wiping down high touch surfaces or other general duties as directed by the manager.
• Previous retail experience beneficial

Compensation

• $13.50/hour
• Mileage reimbursement for drivers

COVID Considerations

• Face Masks are required
• Social distancing guidelines of at least 6 feet shall be maintained
• Hand Sanitizer, Masks and Gloves are provided if needed
• Limited shop capacity
• Extra cleaning practices of high touch surfaces
