Manufacturing Machine Operators

LeachGarner is Hiring 1st and 2nd Shift Machine Operators in Attleboro!

Machine Operators set up, maintain and operate various machinery processing precious metals. We are looking for reliable people, able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. On-the-job training is provided, so you should have willingness to learn and improve. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures are carried out safely and smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Set up machines to start a production cycle
• Control and adjust machine settings
• Feed raw material to semi-automated machines
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
• Maintain activity logs

Skills:

• High school diploma or GED; technical degree is a plus
• Manufacturing/ production experience 
• Experience as a machine operator preferred
• Ability to read, understand and speak English
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift 25-30 pounds multiple times throughout shift
