Flower Shop - Sales Associate (Part-Time)

If you ever thought it would be fun to work with flowers this could be a position for you.

Busy flower shop is seeking friendly customer service oriented individuals for sales associates.

This is a part-time entry level position for individuals with an interest in growing and developing a career in the floral industry.

This is a front line position that shapes the customer experience. We need polite, resourceful problem solvers that can represent Flowers By The Station in a professional manner. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about flowers and plants and be willing to get their hands dirty when needed.

Job responsibilities include:

Must be able to handle a high volume of calls and be an excellent communicator

Take pride in assisting customers, troubleshooting customer requests, resolving concerns and expediting solutions

Be a fast learner and able to pick up computer software quickly

Assist in the upkeep of the shop - sweeping, washing buckets, restocking inventory and shelves, helping process flowers, wiping down high touch surfaces or other general duties as directed by the manager.

Previous retail or customer service experience beneficial but not required

Creative and artistic abilities are helpful

We will train the right individual

Compensation

• $13.50/hour
