Carolyn (VanDeBogart) Garceau: Beverly Resident Remembered

Carolyn (VanDeBogart) Garceau passed away Monday April 3, 2023 after a short illness with cancer. Originally from Nahant, Ma, she raised her family in Charlestown, Ma and lived in Beverly with her Daughter. Carolyn was a devoted mother and beloved friend. She loved birdwatching, living near the ocean and being outdoors. She was extremely social and enjoyed traveling, dining and long conversations.

Carolyn is survived by her brother Willard G VandeBogart, Her sons Robert Garceau II & wife Lisa, Kevin Garceau. Daughter Michelle Soucy. Her grandsons Brendan Garceau, Jordan Garceau and Shane ONeil. She was predeceased by her parents Willard and Viola and her beloved partner Catherine Lund also from Nahant.

A funeral mass/celebration will be held Tuesday April 11, 2023 at 11:00am at St. Thomas Aquinas church 248 Nahant Rd, Nahant, MA 01908. Donations may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society https://donate.cancer.org.
