What is sales at Vi-Leon?

Account Managers and Recruiters partner and collaborate to fuel mission critical projects with high quality resources. Both sides of the desk are very similar, the main difference is who you are establishing and building a relationship with. As a Recruiter or Account Manager at Vi-Leon, your responsibility will be to identify and build relationships with consultants and/or clients managing their next project. Through hard work, great interpersonal skills, and hands-on training you will learn different processes to be the exclusive point of contact for consultants and/or clients.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with consultants who are looking for their next project.
  • Identify consultant skills, development goals, and project interests to assist them in finding career opportunities that align with their wants, needs, and capabilities.
  • Manage relationship with consultants throughout their contract and partner with them on employment continuity to avoid project gaps.

Account Management Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand business deliverables.
  • Identify the correct points of contact within industry specific organizations that rely on contract workers.
  • Properly conduct interviews with potential candidates (consultants).
  • Maintain relationships with the client to provide resources for future projects.

The highly trained, internal recruiting team at Vi-Leon feels strongly that soft skills are the key to success in our company. Recruiting and Account Management can be taught. Due to this, candidates do not interview for a specific position (recruiter vs. account manager). Position is selected following the successful interview by candidate and hiring manager based on the best fit for both the company and the candidate. This allows us to maximize the candidates' success early on in their career with us.
