Yesterday, the Select Board approved updated Outdoor Dining Program Regulations and Guidelines, which will go into effect as of April 1, 2021. A potential fee for this program will be determined by the Select Board at an upcoming meeting, likely on March 23, 2021. Any restaurant interested in offering outdoor dining to its patrons between April 1 and December 31, 2021, must review the updated Outdoor Dining Program Regulations and Guidelines and submit the application outlined below. Restaurants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible and should anticipate 2-3 weeks to receive approval for their outdoor seating proposal once all the required application materials have been submitted.
