Photo Gallery: $12M Brookline Home Most Expensive House Sold in Greater Boston

The $11.8 million sale of a Brookline estate was Greater Boston’s largest residential transaction of the first three months of 2015, the Boston Business Journal reported.

The 9,517-square-foot, 4.1-acre home, located on 255-27 Warren St., was sold in February.

Included in the lavish purchase, is an in-house gym and a half-court hardwood basketball court. What’s more, Boston Red Sox owner John Henry lives nearby.
