-Susan Zutrau-

Susan Zutrau was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, but has lived in Boston for more than 30 years. She brings a variety of life experiences that eventually brought her to real estate’s door, including co-owning The Five Seasons, a popular restaurant that was located in Jamaica Plain and then Brookline, and owning and operating Boston Corporate Massage for 15 years. Zutrau became a realtor in 2003 with the company; developing property and helping people buy and sell their homes. After taking time off to raise her four daughters, she has returned to the brokerage with an extensive knowledge of the Boston market and the vision and experience to help clients through any real estate transaction. -Sonya Kirasirova-

Sonya Kirasirova has always been passionate about real estate. Her parents emigrated from Russia in 1989, and Brookline has been Kirasirova’s home for the majority of her life. She grew up attending open houses every Sunday, which gave her an understanding of the local Boston inventory and the importance of owning a home. Kirasirova graduated Boston University and now practices real estate full-time. She brings a fresh perspective on home design and marketing, and comes from a family of real estate investors. Having been to over 15 countries, Kirasirova loves to travel. She is proficient in two languages and has studied three others. She will be working out of the Brookline office and can be reached at [email protected]

-Rob Silverman-

This past year, Silverman turned his passion for real estate into a career. He grew up around real estate as his family has a long history of owning and investing in commercial and residential properties. Before joining Unlimited Sotheby’s International Realty, Silverman owned and managed Jannel Packaging and RCC Vending, both Massachusetts-based companies. These experiences helped him develop skills in customer service, sales, business development, marketing and more – all knowledge and expertise that he brings to real estate. He is detail-oriented, personable, responsive and dedicated to client service. Silverman grew up in Newton and is an avid local sports fan. He now resides in Needham with his wife and daughter.
