He worked for over five years as the operations manager for REM Diagnostics, specializing in sleep disorders and durable medical equipment associated with sleep disorders. Dan later worked for ResMed for over a decade as a clinical specialist before being promoted to respiratory account manager for their hospital-to-home programs.

Dan received his bachelor's degree from San Diego State University and his master's degree from California Polytechnic State University.

Dan has two kids, coaches football and baseball, and enjoys outdoor sports.
