Wakefield native joins Classified Realty Group with partner

North Reading's Classified Realty Group recently welcomed Maria Boujoukos, a native of Wakefield, Massachusetts, and her partner Ryan Sauls to its residential real estate team of more than 40 realtors, serving home buyers and sellers in communities throughout Greater Boston, Merrimack Valley, and southern New Hampshire. 

Based in Derry, New Hampshire, the Boujoukos Sauls Team will specialize in helping clients in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Boujoukos, who raised her two daughters in Wakefield, started her career in the industry at Classified Realty Group in 2006, the same year founder Maureen Giuliano opened the business. She spent the next six years, honing her real estate skills at Classified.

“It’s been wonderful to welcome Maria back and to have Ryan joining us as a team. Their insight and expertise about the real estate market and processes in Massachusetts and New Hampshire will be invaluable to clients in both states,” said Giuliano.

When they’re not working, Boujoukos and Sauls enjoy spending time at home with their two dogs and visiting with their five kids. “I love to cook for a crowd, which is a good thing as our adult children are always stopping by and looking for a home-cooked meal!” said Boujoukos.
