'Armed And Dangerous' MA Suspect Apprehended In Waltham

A Sunday manhunt ended in Waltham, Stow and Needham police said.

WALTHAM, MA — A Sunday manhunt eventually came to an end in Waltham, with a suspect deemed "armed and dangerous" taken into custody.

On Sunday, the Stow and Needham Police Department's said they were looking for Joshua Hinds, who was believed to be "distraught" and "armed with multiple firearms".

The public was instructed not to approach Hinds if they saw him after he "allegedly brandished a firearm at an individual known to him" and "made threats to harm himself and others."

A search for Hinds began in Stow, but crossed over multiple cities and towns as it was believed Hinds was driving to Needham.
