American Bench Craft Is Hiring!

We are seeking a new team member for packaging, shipping, and assembly at our leather goods company in Wilmington, MA. We are a small family/friends owned and operated business with a team of only 10 people. Starting wage is $18/hr with opportunity for pay raise and health insurance after 3 month evaluation.

Position Type: Full Time/Part Time- Hourly

Core Responsibilities:

• Inspect, weigh, label and package completed items for shipment
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner and properly recorded
• Quality check all orders before packaging and identify defects/deficiencies
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Basic assembly of product

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Mental alertness to identify quality issues
• Ability to keep up with fast-paced work environment
• Ability to understand and follow standard procedures.
• Must be comfortable with standing for prolonged periods of time
• Must be willing to obtain and maintain a drivers license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
