Inner Engineering Total

Inner Engineering Total is offered as a 4-day or 7-day, in-person program. The course combines the tools from Inner Engineering Online and transmission of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, a 21-minute life-transforming practice.

This format contains powerful meditative processes and practice support through personalized corrections.

This program is offered through an Isha Yoga instructor trained by Sadhguru.

No prerequisite or physical agility required. Fresh, wholesome vegetarian meals are served on Saturday and Sunday.

A free introductory talk will be offered on Thursday from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. This session is open to all - feel free to bring your friends, family or anyone who may want to come with you. The program will resume after a short break, during which attendees will still have an opportunity to register.
