Sunglasses or Umbrellas? White Lake-Highland 4th of July Forecast

Independence Day is just around the corner. Will you be stuck inside or under an umbrella, or wearing shades and sunscreen.

Once scattered showers move out of the area, weather for the extended Fourth of July holiday weekend should be almost perfect.

There’s a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms through Wednesday, but there’s nothing in the forecast for hail, damaging winds and torrential rains, the National Weather Service says.

After Wednesday, it’s mostly sun and clear skies through the rest of the holiday weekend. Definitely pack the sunglasses, sunscreen and beach gear. Accuweather.com is also optimistic that a sun-filled Independence Day forecast is in store.
