Shakopee Mdewakanton Deploys Mobile Unit for Service Across Minnesota

The Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC) will bring free medical, dental and vision care to communities across Minnesota.

The Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC) will bring free medical, dental and vision care to communities across Minnesota in the coming months through its Mobile Unit, continuing the SMSC’s goal to support the health of its neighbors and other tribal nations.

The SMSC Mobile Unit, a joint project of the SMSC’s Health Department and Mdewakanton Public Safety, provides health screenings, mammograms, vision and dental care, and other prevention and education services. The full schedule through the end of 2015 follows.*
