Cub Foods Is 5th-Most Affordable Grocery Store In Twin Cities: Report

A new report in the Star Tribue ranks the eight grocery chains in the Twin Cities metro area based on affordability.

MINNEAPOLIS — A new report in the Star Tribue ranks the eight grocery chains in the Twin Cities metro area based on affordability.

Cub Foods ranks No. 5, just behind Target, in the study.

The study evaluated the price of the same 15 essential items at each store. The price of those items at Cub came out to $61.75, while the price at Target was $60.69.
