Earlier that day, at about 1:20 p.m., Snapchat user “oggotclout” posted a video of someone in a car holding a handgun with the caption "Come outside b****," according to authorities.

The video begins by showing a black handgun with an extended magazine on the lap of a person wearing "Glock" sweatpants inside a vehicle, investigators said.

The video then pans to the front entrance of Edina High School, according to authorities. Investigators identified the person in the video as Warsame.

Later that night, detectives obtained a search warrant for the apartment where Warsame lived with his parents and older brother. There they found a pair of Glock sweatpants and a cell phone linked to the "oggotclout" SnapChat account, authorities said.

Police arrested and transported him to the Hennepin County Juvenile Detention Center. During the intake search, police found one round of 9mm ammunition in the right rear zipped pocket of the sweatpants he was wearing, authorities said.

Warsame told detectives in an interview that his Snapchat account had been hacked, according to investigators.
