WOODBURY, MN — The National Weather Service has issued a "special weather statement" for Woodbury, Maplewood, and Cottage Grove.
NWS is urging residents to "seek shelter in a sturdy structure" and be prepared for 30 mph winds and half-inch-sized hail.
The alert is valid through 9:15 a.m. Saturday.
