'Stuff The Bus' With School Supplies At Manahawkin Applebee's

MANAHAWKIN, NJ — Help support local students through a "Stuff the Bus" school supplies donation at the Doherty-owned Manahawkin Applebee's.

School supply donations are being accepted every day through Aug. 18 at the Manahawkin location located at 205 Route 72 West.

These supplies will be used to stuff the bus at the end of the donation period.

Then, on Aug. 19, the restaurant is holding a "Dining to Donate" fundraiser, where 10 percent of the proceeds made will be donated towards school supplies.

Last year's fundraiser donated nearly $3,000 in cash and school supplies to the Stafford School District.

One hundred percent of this year's donations will go towards Southern Regional schools, Pinelands Regional schools and St. Mary's Academy.
