Another Win For Ridge Forensics As Team Readies For Nationals

The team competed at the first Catholic Forensics League (CFL) tournament of the season in December.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — To close out 2023, the Ridge Forensics Speech & Debate Team took first place for the third time in a row, with multiple students qualifying for Nationals.

The team competed at the first Catholic Forensics League (CFL) tournament of the season in December.

These CFL tournaments will determine those eligible to compete at the National Catholic Forensics League tournament at the end of the year.

The following competitors qualified for nationals: Amulya Kollipara and Milie Gupta (Declamation), Mannan Pandey (Original Oratory), Aditya Rai and Ginny Kim (Congressional Debate), Enchan Lee (Varsity Lincoln Douglas Debate), Faye Fletcher & Eden Chacko and Aayush Bhakey & Ami Singh (Duo Interpretation), and Sameer Wadhwa and Navya Raju (Extemporaneous Speaking).

Other competitors may qualify for nationals at the upcoming CFL #2 in March.
