BASKING RIDGE, NJ — A downed utility pole has caused a portion of Madisonville Road in Basking Ridge to close on Sunday night.

The roadway is closed between N Maple Avenue and Route 202, Bernards Township Police said in an alert around 7:40 p.m.

This closure is expected to last about 8 hours, said police.
