BASKING RIDGE, NJ — The Bernards Township School District ESS is hosting a presentation "Supporting Students with Stress & Excessive Worry for Parents & Caregivers" on Thursday.

Presented by Karessa Irvin, MSW, the virtual event will be held on Jan. 19 from 8 to 9 p.m.

The presentation focuses on ways parents and caregivers can support children with stress and excessive worry during the re-acclimation process. Participants will leave this presentation with strategies that they can utilize at home to help promote positive mental health and emotional growth.
