Ridge High Alumni Group announces $20,000 scholarship

The Ridge Alumni Memorial Scholarship is now accepting applications for its 2024 grant, and invites Ridge seniors who have demonstrated “character, determination, and nontraditional achievements” to apply. This year’s award is a minimum of $20,000.

Applicants are not asked about grades or test scores, and the award may be used for virtually any educational, vocational or personal growth expenses — tuition, a gap year, a car to get to work, studio time, or anything a senior needs that Ridge AMS organizers haven’t thought of yet. Last year, Ridge AMS awarded a $20,000 grant to Edgar Cabrera.
