Oodles Of Loving Black Kitties Need Homes In Somerset County

Somerset Regional Animal Shelter is celebrating Black Cat Day all week long by reducing adoption fees for black and black/white cats.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — There is plenty of love to go around as the Somerset Regional Animal Shelter has plenty of black cats awaiting adoption.

The shelter, at 100 Commons Way in Bridgewater, is celebrating National Black Cat Day with an adoption special all week long.

"We have so many loving black and black and white cats," said Somerset Regional Animal Shelter.

As a result, the shelter is reducing the adoption fee for black and black/white cats over the age of 1 to $75 through Sunday, Aug. 21.
