Garwood Still Rocks! Sponsored By Vermella at Garwood Station

GARWOOD, NJ — Get ready to rock out again as Garwood Still Rocks! is returning for 2021 with Vermella at Garwood Station announced as its key sponsor.

"We’re delighted to help support this wonderful event," said Ed Russo, Chief Executive Officer of Russo Development. "This annual gathering of residents and visitors in a family-oriented setting enjoying so many of the things that make Garwood special is a great example of the strong sense of community that exists here which attracted us to this close-knit neighborhood. We came to town to be an active, contributing neighbor, and look forward to helping Garwood Still Rocks!"

This year for the first time, the event will be held in the fall on Sunday, Sept. 19, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (rain or shine) in downtown Garwood, said the Greater Westfield Area Chamber of Commerce (GWACC).

Garwood Still Rocks! features a classic car show hosted by "Hot Rod Mike" which is expected to draw more than 100 cars this year, in addition to an all-day live stage, entertainment, vendors, and festival food including many area favorite food trucks.

Artisans and craftspeople will display paintings, pottery, photography, handmade jewelry, furniture, and many other unique gifts.

The Crossroads is sponsoring the Beer & Wine Garden and providing the main entertainment at the Garwood Rocks main stage. The music lineup will be announced later in the year. A fun day for the whole family and admission is free.
