Disney Junior Play Zone Opens First NJ Location In Edison

EDISON, NJ — Disney Junior Play Zone opened their first New Jersey location in Edison this past weekend, offering a free new space for young kids to play.

Located in Menlo Park Mall, the Play Zone is meant for kids under ten. Kids can play with physical things, like a slide, two race cars, and a stomp-on piano, or interact with the digital screens. They'll see plenty of their favorite Disney Junior characters, including "Vampirina," "Muppet Babies," and "Fancy Nancy."

The space also includes a phone charging station and comfortable seating for parents, and the ability to keep the stroller nearby while watching your little one play.

You won't have to spend an arm and a leg for an afternoon at the play zone: it's totally free, and there's nothing in the space for sale to temp little kids. It's open on the upper level next to Nordstrom, Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

In addition to being the first Disney Junior Play Zone in New Jersey, it's the first anywhere outside of Texas, which has three. All four locations are in Simon-owned malls.
