Family Football Fest: Gloucester Township Monday Manual

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Welcome to the Gloucester Township edition of Monday Manual, where we highlight some of the events coming up this week in and around Gloucester Township.

An American Red Cross Blood Drive will take place on Monday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the VFW Post on Sickler Avenue in Sicklerville. Those who donate will receive a gift card and be entered to win free gas for a year. Learn more at this link.

On Saturday, and every Saturday until Sept. 24, join others for the "One Step at a Time Walking Program" at Veterans Park on Chews Landing Road. Walk warmups start at 8:45 a.m. and the walk itself begins at 9 a.m. More information can be found by clicking here.

From 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday at the Macy's parking lot at Deptford Mall, join other sports fans for a Family Football Fest. Admission is free and there will be food, music, balloon sculpting, beer sampling and many other activities taking place. Additional details can be found here.

Then on Friday, Sept. 9, weather permitting, families are invited to attend a free showing of "Sonic the Hedgehog 2" at Veterans Park along Chews Landing Road. Food and games start at 7 p.m. and the movie starts at dusk. More information can be found at this link.
