Major Frozen Yogurt Chain Enters Camden County

Yogurtland, one of the first chains to offer self-serve frozen yogurt, will celebrate the grand opening of its first South Jersey location.

WEST BERLIN, NJ — A frozen yogurt chain's first South Jersey shop will celebrate its grand opening with face painting, music and BOGO deals.

Yogurtland, now in West Berlin, offers more than 200 flavors at its shops. The chain, founded in 2006, was one of the first to provide self-serve frozen yogurt and now has more than 220 locations.

The West Berlin store (200 Route 73 N, Unit 7D), which opened in May, will hold its grand opening July 20. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 10:45 a.m., followed by festivities from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The store will offer buy-one, get-one-free deals all day. Family-friendly activities will include face painting, henna designs and balloon artistry.

Raffles will take place throughout the day, with giveaways including two bicycles, two big-screen TVs (55-inch and 43-inch) and four $50 Yogurtland gift cards.
