Star Student Athlete JC Is 'An Amazing Example For His Younger Brother,' Dad Says

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — We all know student athletes who also bring their A-game to other parts of their lives.

Baseball

Why do you believe the star student athlete should be recognized?

JC (Jack Carter) has been involved in sports since he was 3 years old. He has played baseball, soccer, flag football, basketball and karate, but baseball has always been his favorite. He plays center field for his middle school team, the Ann Mullen Jaguars. He also plays center field for a tri state elite travel team, the Gloucester Township Blue Sox. Although he is busy with sports, he is an honor roll student, a member or student government and a member of National Junior Honor Society. He is looking forward to attending Timber Creek High School next year and hopes to continue his baseball career. Something that makes JC special is how helpful he has been to me. I was diagnosed with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis 3 years ago which has made walking difficult for me. JC is always there to help me get around. He is an amazing example for his younger brother and friends as he is always willing to help with making sure I can safely my seat for all his games, and helps out around the house!

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the star student athlete?

He is also a huge Phillies fan. His favorite player is Rhys Hoskins
