Livingston May See Rain Through Weekend Due To Tropical Storm Joaquin

Due to Tropical Storm Joaquin, forecasters at the National Weather Service are calling for possible stormy weather through the weekend.

The NWS has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook advisory for the Essex County region, warning that “additional rounds of heavy rain are possible late this week through the weekend, which could bring flooding concerns.”
