LIVINGSTON, NJ — A heartfelt attempt to keep the holiday spirit alive for hundreds of kids with special needs took place earlier this week in Livingston.

To help children beat feelings of isolation due to the coronavirus pandemic, LifeTown – a unique educational complex that helps people with special needs develop life skills – handed out 200 “sled packs” to local families.

The holiday bounties included games, winter comfort items such as blankets and hats, smores and other festive treats.
