Team Braconi at Christie's International Real Estate is hiring
We are seeking an Inside Sales Agent (ISA)!
You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of the Team's incoming leads
Responsibilities:
- Field all incoming lead calls and emails, assign to Sales Associates
- Detailed notes on all leads
- Organize all leads (calls, emails, follow-ups) using the Team's current CRM program
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Real Estate
- NJ Licensed Agent (or willing to obtain license)
- Experience with MLS systems
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work quickly but in an organized fashion
- Excellent Customer Service
Hourly compensation + appointment bonus + commissions.
