Election Results: Kulmala, Knapp Elected To Oakland Council
BREAKING: Here are the results of the Oakland 2016 municipal election.
OAKLAND, N.J. — Eric P. Kulmala and Robert E. Knapp Jr. won the two, three-year council seats up in this year's municipal election.
Kulmala was the only incumbent to run this year.
Here are the voting results, which do not include provisional ballots.
