Glen Rock's 'Home For The Holidays' Is Dec. 7

The town will ring in the holiday season with its annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony on Dec. 7.

GLEN ROCK, NJ – Glen Rock will ring in the holiday season with its annual Christmas tree ceremony on Saturday, Dec. 7.

"Home for the Holidays" will kick off with a 10:30 a.m. Wreaths Across American Ceremony at the Veterans Memorial at Glen Rock Borough Hall on Rock Road.

From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., holiday festivities will continue on the borough hall front lawn.

A tree lighting is planned for 4:30 p.m. at the Maple Rock Exxon on Rock Road. After local veterans light the tree, there will be hot chocolate and cookies, as well as a photo booth and a visit from Santa Claus.

From 5:30 to 9 p.m., Rock Road and Winter Wrecking Crew will perform as part of a "Rock the Holiday" concert on the borough hall front lawn. Attendees can bring their own beer or wine.
