Property Manager

Openings: 1FT (40 hours) $60k-$70k/year based on experience 

The Property Manager is responsible for the management of rent including subsidizing funding, tenants, and landlord-tenant laws, business operations, property records, accounting (data entry), taxes and submitting requests for property repairs. Fair Housing and Anti- discrimination laws are fully enforced. Certification in

Requires Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) preferred. If not in place, will have 6 months to achieve. Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience. Valid Driver's License and transportation. Must be able to lift at least 45 pounds regularly with bending, stooping and lifting.
