Maintenance / Facilities / Custodian 

Openings: 2FT (40 hours) – various sites and agency vehicle for daily use 

$21/hr

Performs a range of duties for our agency and properties based on work orders assigned. Duties include and not limited to repair guidance, cleaning and remodeling, regular repairs, painting, landscaping tasks, carpeting, and more.

Minimum one (1) year experience in high volume customer service. Valid Driver's License and transportation. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds regularly with bending, stooping and lifting. Eligible for FT paid time off, paid holidays and fringe benefits such as health, life, dental and 403b plan.
