The Rose Group Promotes Mike Foster to Area Director

NEWTOWN, Pa. – January 25th, 2024 – The Rose Group, a leading franchisee of Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar, is pleased to announce that Mike Foster, Managing Partner of the Applebee’s in Hamilton, NJ, and Ridley, PA was promoted to area director.

Foster’s promotion to area director comes in just under a year of his promotion to managing partner. As area director, he now directs and oversees the operation of 5 restaurant locations.

Foster joined The Rose Group in April of 2005 as a restaurant manager. He has shown a deep commitment to execution, systems, and people over the past 19 years.

Throughout his tenure, Foster has participated in many councils, including Regional Kitchen Manager and the President’s Council. He has achieved numerous awards including Passion for Food as a kitchen manager and Operator Excellence (a few times) as a general manager. His commitment to developing his people elevates the entire team, leading to strong operations results.

He currently resides in Toms River, New Jersey. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family. His hobbies include bowling, fishing, and cooking.
