Toms River Man Charged With Theft, Accused Of Using Stolen Credit Card

The man is accused of using credit cards stolen from multiple vehicles earlier this year, Toms River police said.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — A Toms River man has been charged with credit card fraud and computer theft in connection with vehicle burglaries that happened in the North Dover section of town, Toms River police announced.

Three vehicles were burglarized between January and April and several credit cards were stolen from them and used, fraudulently, multiple times at various locations, police said.

Kristopher Fudali of Toms River was identified by Detective Jennifer Grob as the suspect in the credit card fraud, police said.

He was arrested and charged with computer theft and fraudulent use of a credit card, police said.

Anyone with information in connection with this investigation is asked to call Grob at 732-349-0150, ext. 1319.

Toms River police did not provide Fudali's age but he has served prison time in the past for burglary convictions. He was born in 1978, according to state court records.
