Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of ISAIAH T. KNIGHT (DOB: 8/30/2000; single; cashier) of 233 28th Street, Fair Lawn, NJ on child pornography charges. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love.

On Tuesday, February 8, 2022, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit identified ISAIAH T. KNIGHT during an ongoing Internet child pornography investigation. The investigation revealed that KNIGHT used the Internet to view, download, and possess approximately 100 files depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children. In addition, it was determined that KNIGHT distributed digital files of child pornography on the Internet.

As a result of the investigation, KNIGHT was arrested on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 in Paramus, NJ and charged with second-degree distribution of child pornography, N.J.S.A 2C:24-4b.(5)(a)(i); and third-degree possession of child pornography, N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4b.(5)(b)(iii). KNIGHT was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.

Prosecutor Musella states that the charges are merely accusations and that the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Prosecutor Musella thanks the Fair Lawn Police Department for their assistance, as well as the Saddle Brook Police Department which participates in the Bergen County Cyber Crimes Task Force.
