Closter Student Charged With Distributing Child Porn
A 26-year-old Closter student was arrested and charged with second-degree distribution of child pornography.
CLOSTER, NJ — A 26-year-old Closter student was accused of downloading, viewing and sharing digital files depicting nude or sexually explicit children, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said in a news release.
John Soh, was arrested Friday on charges of second-degree distribution of child pornography, and third-degree possession of child pornography, after a search warrant was executed on his home on Brodil Court. Soh was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending a court appearance, Musella said.
Soh's arrest was the result of a months-long investigation, Musella said.
