WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. — Muriel Hope (nee Griffith) Diggs, 96, of Washington Township, died Sunday.
She was federation secretary of the Contemporary Women's Club of Washington Township, Christ Episcopal Church in Ridgewood and the Ridgewood Women's Club.
She was predeceased by her husband, William.

She is survived by her sons, Christopher and John, and grandson William.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
