RIVER EDGE, NJ - Rail service has resumed on NJ Transit's Pascack Valley Line after a car collided with a train in River Edge Thursday morning.

Service between Spring Valley, NY and New Bridge Landing was suspended just after the 7:30 a.m. crash that sent a father and son to the hospital.

Around 9:40 a.m., it went back into effect, however NJ Transit has cautioned there may be residual delays throughout the day.
