Wonder is committed to sustainability. Some of their goals are leadership in waste reduction, using eco-friendly packaging, and using new, efficient mobile restaurant technology. The newly designed Central Kitchen in Cranford, New Jersey, is Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified, the global framework to recognize buildings that are healthy, highly efficient, and better for both occupants and the environment. Additionally, Wonder’s food waste reduction program focuses on both environmental and community benefits, donating excess food to the Community Food Bank of New Jersey.
